truly enjoyed our queen room with the bathtub, the water drains and a shower. a microwave, coffee & tea makers and a fridge were provided.

I liked the bar-b-que restaurant one block away THE BEST EVER and place has been open since the 50's and I think they forgot to change their prices. A sandwich for 1.99 and excellent. Also an antique mall was across street with great things one block from casino.

Was shocked there was waste in toilet even more shocked there was no paper in toilet ! Office gave us a different room noticed a compact make-up on floor behind desk Does not seem that cleaners are doing their job.

A very nice, comfortable hotel. Lovely, and clean. We really had a good rest for an overnight stay.

The wifi in the room was useless. I had to go to reception where it was better.

When I went to my room to unlock door, key wasn't working. Had to try about four times before it opened. Got inside the smell was awful! Dirty washcloth hanging on the back of the bathroom door! The TV channels didn't match the channel guide that was in the room. Too much money was charged for this took to have a room like that!

The pool was filthy at the end of the day, the room smelled like it had been smoked in.

The hotel was comfortable, I really enjoyed newly decorated rooms and pleasant staff. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The location was favourable, near Shreveport/Bossier City, boardwalk, and restaurants and casinos. It also was close to everything.

The service was great during my stay.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. The room was clean & bed very comfortable I would stay again & recommend

There was a good breakfast with plenty of seating.

housekeeping did not vacuum the room,but they did empty the trash cans and clean the bathrooms.

The queen room was impeccably clean, and the air conditioning and refrigerator worked well, keeping everything nice and cool. Proximity to casinos. While the breakfast offered some variety, the dining experience could have been improved with healthier options. Though friendly staff were present, they appeared to be stretched thin during busy hours, impacting service efficiency. I was pleased with the overall experience and pricing with good value in the area.

I had a nice stay with spacious rooms and a decent breakfast selection that was available later than usual. The overall cleanliness and comfy bed made it a pleasant experience.

The beds are really comfortable, in fact I am buying some bedding for my own home. The breakfast was really good. The manager was very nice.

There weren't any towels or an iron in my room. The rooms are somewhat outdated: major foundation repair is needed, smelled like mildew
